    From Marksfriggin.com...

Howard said he's making changes there so he doesn't want to leave in 3 years. Howard said he's trying to make things better. He said he's trying to say to everyone that he wants to keep working and he needs their help. Howard said he's trying to get everyone else to work hard so they can preserve what they have. Gary said people are confused. Howard said he's bringing in an interpreter to help with the confusion.

Gary said he thinks that Howard is getting upset with people when he hasn't laid out the whole plan yet. Howard said on February 5th they're going to lay out those plans. Howard said this is why he's working on this stuff. Howard said on February 5th he's going to rent out a room and they're going to talk about where they're going in 2013. He said he's laying it all out on February 5th. He said that he has people who can't spell so he has to spell it all out for them there.

So the question is, will anything come of this? Or is this just a front by the wig to try and impress Malone?
Howie has really been bitching at his guys lately, complaining constantly.
He needs to get is ass in gear if he wants his show to get better.

Oh, he's scared. Malone and Co. must have put the fear of God in him. I am sure he also got a heads-up from his attorneys that they don't expect to prevail in appellate court. :ral:

if he was being honest, id start listening again. i dont expect great radio of the 90s, but if he tried thats all anyone can ask.

however, he's just BSing to gain a favorable contract

Also, how does he expect to do great radio if his time is going to be split between AGT and Sirius? If he was serious about doing great radio, he never would have taken the spot at AGT. Proof that he was not serious about improving the show until very, very recently.

Yeah, he's been playing veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery nice since the buy-out. Either he's scared shitless, or he's angling to keep control of the show. It'll be interesting to hear how the next trial goes, tho. :c

I think that sirius has been conducting focus groups that don't include Marianne from Brooklyn or Bobo and they realize that the show sucks ass and the only talent Howard has is using people.

That sounds like a whole lot of hot air/Tim Sabean-speak. Even the interpreter will be totally baffled by the BS Howie is "trying to communicate" to them.

The interpreter is an outside consultant, and they usually don't come cheap if you get someone who knows what they are doing. Think about it: for Howard to actually SPEND MONEY out of his own pocket in an effort to improve the show? Something wicked this way comes....

    Jesus Christ.

The man should have retired at the end of 2010 and now he's talking about staying on after this contract? Sirius would have to be completely retarded to sign him again and God knows how abysmal the show will be by that point

Hey Howard, what happened to "get me outta here, Rahhhbin, I've had enough! I'm tired, I've done it all." ... I guess he doesn't want to retire before Imus does.

what happened to SIM cards? What happened to AGT being his main job and radio being part-time? What happened to not being appreciated around SIRIUS/XM (is it one or two companies?)? Does anyone remember laughter?

Howard said if the suit doesn't work out then he's out of there in 3 years. He said he will leave and he will crush this place if they don't find in his favor. Howard said he turns into an angry fuck and he will go fight somewhere else. He said he will find another medium that's in the shithole and do what he can to crush sirius like he did nbc at krock and CBS Viacom when he left them. He said he will make the other thing viable and see if they'll pay him.

^ Howie already preparing for another move that will be career/legacy suicide.
