Hi all - I've decided to turn a new leaf in my life. I'm tired of: 1) falling asleep on the futon too early, 2) waking up in the middle of the night, can't go back to sleep, so 3) I have a drink ... or two .... or three 4)then I binge because f*-it-who-cares 5)scale goes up, scale goes down, scale goes up, down .... ENOUGH! I'm changing. My question is: have any of you out there made a change? How did you do it? I'm just kind of worried because - I've said I'm going to change before. Know what I mean? ... Number one, I've got to stop falling asleep on the futon too early. Going to get my sleep schedule regimented. Number two, it's ENOUGH with the drinking every day. No more.
