not sure if this is a bad thing.
Uber driver could have handled that differently... a season cabbie would have...
If you Ubber you'll get SHOOOOK(Thats why cabbies have the Divider lulz)
This is why I don't drive at night. Yeah, I can make more money, but I don't have to deal with drunken assholes either.
I would have my car fixed up like a cab, with a bullet proof divider.
not all cabs have dividers. I use Uber often: I have never had anything but the best experiences.
i don't understand how cabs drive at night during Dec and Jan (Xmas & New Year's). many of the drunken market traders cannot even talk for 2 days after.
using UBBER and DRIVING UBBER are two different things.... but lets say your next 4 ubber experiences are shit... What do you do? Post a negative review.... thats it can't call the guys boss can't sue a cab company.... you're FUCKED!!!!
So keep ubbering....keep AirB&Bing and all other such millennial app nonsense.....
i really get tired of those things: even in a Chevy Suburban the divider takes up so much space that normal sized people cannot sit in them without their knees being rammed into their chest.
maybe I should Uber out here in the retirement community.
Sun City AZ
I don't post negative reviews: that would be silly, infantile. You have a problem you call Uber like an adult and work it out. This is NYC: you want to see how fast I can engage the mayor's office, and Uber knows this.
Prior to taking Uber i took cabs daily: many need to hose off the inside of the cab with the driver in it. Many drivers think they are carrying freight. I prefer Uber where the drivers behave like humans.
Poor guy is gonna be driving with the windows open for weeks.
I was thinking they might do better with prostit-ubber. You would not only get a ride but a happy ending too
What would be the cost to call a town car in NYC when needed?
i think the biggest problem with Uber is that it makes it very easy to differentiate between their drivers, and the subhuman cab drivers here. Many of the cab drivers (not all) live in a delusion that they do nothing wrong, and could not possibly provide better service.
Why are some people spelling it with two b's? The company has one on it site.
Uber would be about $10 within Manhattan. Black car (which is what most people here understand is meant by "towncar") would be about $50+. Uber has demand pricing which is ridiculous and i never use it: in the morning the cab to the ferry is about $10-12 but Uber because of demand pricing is $47+.
That homo wasn't taking any shit. I love the 70s fro too by the way. He looks like an extra from a Norman Lear tv show.
