Scuffles took place between police and protesters, who had gathered outside the Russian Embassy in Kiev, Sunday, to try and stop Russian citizens living in Ukraine from voting in the Russian parliamentary elections.

SOT, Igor Miroshnichenko, protester (Russian): "I'm at home in Ukraine, why did you come to vote? Explain please!"

SOT, Man wanting to vote (Russian): "It's my right to vote."

SOT, Igor Miroshnichenko, protester (Russian): "What right? Your right is to pack a suitcase and go to Russia and vote for whoever you want, maybe even for the bald demon."
