Unarmed? You clearly see the skin color and dreads... Pretty sure that's all they need to put him down
"He should have armed himself!"
The cop should be brought up on charges just for listening to mind numbing brain cell killing music in his car!
The real story here is @skylarbrie (1) embedded the content and (2) the content had nothing to do with the Illuminati, the Rosicrucians, the Freemasons, alien beings taking over North Dakota, or any other non-material explanation of human phenomena.
Just so I feel O.K: My view is the Rastafarians did it.
In all fairness to the cop that guy was really dark
In FL people take their yards very serious, if you drive your bike on one you will die.
When the guy gets off the bike and moves around the car, you clearly see something in his right hand.
I couldn't tell if it was a gun.
looks like the dude who runs the afghan kebob shop I go into
minus the schnazzy duds of course
Yeah, it definitely looked like the butt of a pistol in his right hand, even in that grainy video.
I'll need to see exactly which college it was he was riding his bike to before I pass judgement.
But he was clearly running away and was shot in the back. Cop said he was going for a weapon. While running away?
I'm not arguing procedure, I was just pointing out that he appeared armed.
This thread claimed that the guy was unarmed, and, maybe he was but, it's certainly not clear by the video itself.
Problem is, if you watch closely, you'll see that he doesn't actually start running away until the first shot is fired. At that point it's already too late.
Probably looking to throw his dope
It was a cell phone
Apparently the video came to light because if a civil suit, the deputy reported that he told the guy to get on the ground, but you don't hear that at any point on the video
I'm also going to need his gentle to giant ratio. As we can see in this simple equation:
Ok, so nowadays it is a crime punishable by death for carrying something in your hand.
You can't just drive round shooting everyone that is carrying something.
It could have been a hundred different things in his hand, all perfectly innocent - it looked like sunglasses to me.
it was a phone, he was riding his bike and talking on his phone---he realized he was being followed and pulled into the lot.
when law enforcement shots you in the back 5 times...they probably want you dead or crippled for life
