I found this recipe from Roy Choi of LA and it looked really good...I changed a few things here and there to suit my family's tastes. They're not too fond of really spicy/hot stuff, so I put the jalapenos and cilantro on the side so they could add them if they wanted. I decided to make guac instead of pico de gallo and made a medley of red/yellow/green peppers, red and yellow onions and some garlic as well. Let's get started on the marinade, shall we? I used brown sugar instead of white and also added some honey to sweeten the marinade up a bit. Juice of 1 orange and 2 limes. Screw Bud...I had this in the fridge. Used the blender to puree nice and smooth. Covered it up and put in the fridge over night.
