    First get yourself a big old hunk of meat...make sure it says "roast" somewhere on the label or else you are doing it wrong. This roast is about 4.5 lbs.

    You're gonna want to salt and pepper it, coat with flour and then sear on all sides...something like this. :smile:

    Break out the crock pot and throw in a medium onion, diced, 4 cloves of garlic, minced, 3 stalks of celery, chopped and 4 carrots, cut. Remaining ingredients are simple...can of diced tomatoes and a container of beef stock and some spices TBD later.

    All I added for spices was salt, pepper, bay leaves and thyme. I have a fuck ton of spices, but the longer I cook it seems that less is more.

    Top it all off with the beef stock and this bad boy will be fall apart deeeelicious by 6pm...I started it at 10 am btw. I plan on making a fuck ton of mashed potaters to go with it.
