Here's what I'm on the record with so far....

QUOTE="Snort, post: 11588492, member: 11964"]That incident yesterday inspired a new idea for a novel. Bank robber, classy guy, like De Nero in Heat, been robbing banks for years. Never uses a gun. Always a note. The note simply reads: "We have your son. If you make any sudden movements or react in Anyway, we will bury him alive. If you cooperate, he will be returned to you and he will never know he was in danger. Now smile. Ask me how I'm doing. And let's complete our transaction."

First paragraph (rough draft of course, I thought of this last night)

We have your son. If a more horrifying sentence exists, I certainly haven't read it. For a brief moment, the world stops. The body stops. Sound ceases to be. The heart stops beating......Until it doesn't. Then it quickly comes rushing back. Until it's over amplified. The world turns violently, almost knocking you off balance. The normal sounds are now deafening. The heart slams so hard and fast, it feels as though it may burst though your chest.

Something along those lines. Ill clean up the writing, gramnar, phrasing, add subtract, blah blah.

I have pages of outline I wrote last night. Characters. Beginning, middle, ending. I love to write.....but I'm on dawgshed and watching The Force Awakens for the second time in three days.[/QUOTE]

He researches and picks only people he feels won't be a problem. But, in my story, he fucks with the wrong dude.
