    cost & hi-tech has always been the prohibitive point of entry into our world class weapons that are better than everyone elses.

    in other words, our enemies, once they get their hands on this silent cheap invisible weapon will make alot of our conventional weapons obsolete & dangerous...what would happen if it was aimed at one of our nuclear war ships at a foreign port for example..
