RIP Doctor Hammond
This movie still holds up after 20 years.
The Great Escape. Nuff said.
Shouldn't it be the work curse at this point?
I still insist on raptor-proof locks on my doors.
Good news is that they can recreate him in 65 million years!
i hated him for not hiring better looking paleontologist
You've seen one Tyrannosaurus Rex..............
Life finds a way...
I was just watching him yesterday as Kris Kringle.
Directed "Young Winston", one of my favorites.
Spielberg made a mess of JP. And the character he butchered most was, John Hammond.
In Crichton's book. Hammond is a greedy, megalomaniacal asshole who's willing to risk his grand-children's lives just to get his business up and running. He ignores all warnings and advice and gets tons of people killed.
In Spielberg's movie, he's a jolly, lovable Santa Claus who only wants to share "joy w the world"
"Howard, while we were away, Sir Richard Attenborough died."
"Robin it's funny you say that. I was just going to write him a note on how much I liked That dinosaur movie."
"Robin, he was a huge fan of mine. He adored Beff."
