Dorancel “The People Eater” Vargas. (Police Handout) A notorious cannibal has reportedly been treating other prisoners in a Venezuelan jail as his own personal buffet. Parents of several prisoners at the jail claim the government has done nothing to stop Dorancel “The People Eater” Vargas from his slaughter. Vargas has also been accused of trying to entice other prisoners into cannibalism, the parents say. Cops say Vargas killed -- and devoured -- more than 40 people in the South American country before he was captured. One heartbroken father detailed in macabre detail how his son died. “More than 40 prisoners attacked him,” Carlos Herrera, father of prisoner Juan Carlos Herrera, told reporters. “They stabbed him and hung him to bleed him out. Mr. Dorancel ... was the one who butchered him to feed him to all the prisoners in the Tachira prison. “Whoever did not do it (eat the flesh) ... would be beaten, their fingers would be cut off, their legs broken, lungs perforated, they would have their heads smashed in with hammers,” Herrera was quoted by Venezuelan media. “It was atrocious and disastrous what those people lived in there.” The devastated dad added that his son was in with the dangerous killer because his family could not pay a bribe to transfer the boy out of harm’s way. Another mother who was also a victim of Vargas’ bloodlust told an equally grim tale. Luz Marina Sepulveda said her son, Anthony Correa, was “tortured, murdered, and butchered, with prisoners forcing other prisoners to eat his remains.” One Spanish news outlet reported that Vargas -- caged since 1999 -- even had a sickening specialty. “His speciality was to make empanadas with the remains of his victims, which he filled with muscle parts,” periodistadigital.com wrote. http://www.torontosun.com/2016/10/1...kes-empanadas-out-of-fellow-prisoners-reports @MilkyDischarge is he one of your protégés?
