    I used to dream of winning powerball and being rich now I dream of being illegally arrested or better yet beaten by the police to get rich
    It's a far more reliable payoff odds than playing powerball. Without fail these people get 2.6 million up every time and that's tax free too unlike the lottery

    I'm very pro-cop but come on.

    Why does he need to do a power takedown of a guy who is suspected of trying to sell a stolen phone?

    This shit is costing the tax payers millions.



    ETA: Sorry, the crime was suspicion of credit card fraud (I read something about a stolen phone earlier). Still, I think the force was unjustified in this case.

    The cop is toast. He didn't even fill out paperwork re takedown. Bratton found out from reporters which has made him livid.

    this officer has been accused of not saying he was an officer before
    at some point in he was sent to be retrained for protocol or something
    got rough a few times
    tried to pretend this here all didn't take place

    what ya think? 30% chance he's doing something else for a living real soon--that's would be my odds

    Big defender of cops but that's pretty fucked up. He did take him down fairly nice but you better make sure you have the right guy. Depending on his past he might be toast.
