I don't even know when I first saw Wally George but the show came to mind today so I was looking up clips. Some good shit. I wouldn't be surprised if he did in fact inspire some of the Stern antics of the 80s if not more.

He was this nutty conservative shock tv host based in Orange County, CA. Just watching the audience cracks me up. If you liked old school Stern these clips will be great.

Wally was great. I watched him on Kdoc as a kid

Howard went after him a lot in his "out of his mind" days.

being from SoCal, Wally was a local legend for us high school kids. Like a mixture of old Stern and WWF. Lot of great guests, too.

I used to love that show. I used to watch it when i got home drunk from the clubs back in the day.
It was over the top silly and a laugh riot.

I think Howard ripped off the wig wearing gimmick from Wally .

Just watching these clips it puts in perspective how much stuff has changed. Things that were offensive are no longer and vice versa.

Wally knew how to work the ham and eggers.

    Plus his daughter was gorgeous.

I hated his politics by the way, but I was about 9.

    He was great Socal TV

Not sure the guy made any sense he just wanted reactions. He will bash women for being smutty and then bring out 2 hot chicks and have them show off their bodies the next minute and admire them.

On dateless Saturday nights, his show was a consolation. And much respect for spawning a prime piece of ass. RIP
