Only 30 mil. Other than the view and the flooring, I like my house better. http://vimeo.com/20027886
i think people buy because of the location.
No. I am allergic to wigs and horses. The suffering wouldn't be worth it.
The view is beautiful but the master bedroom is pretty dinky.
Cash or check?
Why the FUCK would it only come with one bedroom? Stupid.
how many chimneys?
What bowling alley?
When Howard first bought in I walked over to see who else was there. It was all corporate apts.
...30 million to live there? if youre howard and need to be there then yeah the place is ok but the view is the best feature imo. ugly building from the outside.
30 mil is a bargain. As soon as the Wig and the Horse move out property values will increase and it will be at least 40 mil.
I hear the doorman can really sniff out a whore.
Looks like public housing from the outside.
If you spend thirty million on that, I'm assuming you inherited your money, won the lottery or got hit with a golden turd by the US entertainment industry. How incredibly absurd to pay that much money to live in shitty New York city.
I bet you can hear him snoring through the walls with that giant nose of his
I like my view too. Especially for the price.
Heaven forbid you lived below them and had to hear Beff galloping around with her size 14's.
