Someone asked Shatner about it on Twitter today:

    William Shatner ‏@WilliamShatner
“@TonyHeaney76: hi can you please tell me what happened between you and George Takei last night? I hate seeing idols fight†Huh? Nothing.

Some sort of psychosis sounds about right. As Shatner has said, Takei was hardly on the set to develop such a deep seated hatred.

"Don't Say Gay, Say Takei". This video would be funny if it was satire.:spaz:

"Shatner Rules" Is a great read....He explains things that have occurred in his life by naming the chapters "Shatners Rule Regarding" He addresses Georgie's obsession with him as sad.....And breaks down the other cast members problems with him on "Star Trek".....

yeah if you watched the series you would see that Takai is probably the least onscreen of all those people from the show. I think that fencing episode was really the only episode where he had any sort of real screen time and that was only for like 2 min. the rest of the series he was always just at the helm pushing buttons.
