i'm shocked a 27 year old ex-carnie is in fact somewhat unstable
seems like that's a group that has it's shit tight
You don't say.....By all means, try it here. I'm sure that will go well for you.
hi i'm kelly clarson
But it's just words. Sticks and stones, etc. Also, how do they prove who actually typed stuff in. Someone could grab your phone or access your social media accounts and type stuff. Don't need sweeping legislation, just case by case basis.
Not on this one.......
Elonis v. United States https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elonis_v._United_States
freedom of typed speech
Stupid headline/clickbait title. That isn't what the Supreme Court said at all.

I'd like to see a benevolent threat.
"You keep saying that and I'm going to give you a big hug!"
No violence here, I just want to make sweet love to every orifice on Ashley Jades body
Most internet tough guys are kids posting from their room at their parents house.
This is good.....the alternative is the eventual broadening of definition of "Hate Speech" and threats to be anything you are opposed to or don't want to hear.
People actually call about "facebook threats" constantly and demand people be arrested. They also waste my time and make me type a report on said threat, despite my explaining to them just to block the person.
Or, if you are that afraid or threatened, just get rid of facebook altogether.
if pussylicker34 threatens to kill MyBallsAche on some message board it's simple internet shenanigans
if some guy using his actual name and stuff on facebook threatens to rape and murder his ex-wife it's probably something more
this seems like it makes sense
How wonderful that the plaintiff that just won his case is in jail for assaulting a woman.
Gee, I wonder why his ex-wife with an OoP took his FB threats seriously.
