Man he was fired up and pro-Bush. He had me convinced to invade another country.
Listen, I know Boff said he was for the war, but he didn't say he was for for the war. You are in the minority.
I took a break from Howard at that time and so don't know much about what he said about invading Iraq. All I know is that I was opposed to it from the beginning. I really didn't understand why people thought that Iraq should be invaded by us. Didn't make any sense then and makes just as little sense now.
Edit: Thought the thread was "where were you when howard was for the war"
Howard talks out of his ass...
Howard and Robin loved the war!
Did not matter to them that there were no WMD.
Robin even wanted to go to war with Syria and Iran.
Did they pull the show where Howard and Robin loved Bush and the war from the Stern show shuffle rotation??
They replayed it once. Then Howard got on the air the next week and said he was really embarrassed that he sad all those things.
Yeah...it's a really funny thing about all of those various serial numbers that very very few seem to want to ever talk about.
It's just another on the list of his hundreds of hypocrisy's that come out of his ass.
Did anyone catch that news segment a few months ago when Robin and Howard started goofing on Clint Eastwood's wife and kids because they wanted to make some sort of reality show? I could not believe what I was hearing!! Howard started to lecture about being hungry only for fame and the woman doesn't need the money so she must be only doing it for exposure! (((((((WHAT?))))))
After Robin was agreeing with him and he was starting to get more wound up, he suddenly just shut it down. He had to have actually started to hear himself at that moment and remember the biggest wealthiest media whore in New York is in his house??

I always let radio personalities determine my thinking.
Yeah, I was. I still support Howard's views. He's smart.
he was clueless when he was for it. it made sense that upon learning more information he came to the correct conclusion.
who i fault more is gary and the others who went along with him on both opinions. and scott doesnt get credit for having a differing opinion, because he isn't thinking for himself either.
edit ps: i recall a caller making good points against it and howard hung up on him
Hell no. Howard did and always does sound like an ass when he goes into war-monger speak.
I thought he was being a bit of a pussy. I was up for turning Afghanistan into a lake, so invading Iraq seemed like a chickenshit maneuver.
Howard was 100% pro war, wmd's or no wmd's, he repeatedly said it didn't matter.
Now he makes the bs claims that he was tricked and that the only reason to have gone into iraq was wmds and he was lied to. There are plenty of American's who fall into the category though, including basically every prominant member of the democratic party from that era.
well, he was misled. and the wmd didnt matter. lots of countries have them.
and most prominent dems voted for it then and still are for it today.
he was misled about the WMDs like everyone else, but this is Howard: nobody misinforms him. He misinforms himself. "Nobody Manipnates Howard!"
He USED to be pro-bush....now he's pro-cock
