Be sure to go big time Dave. Maybe splurge and get an angus deluxe.

I don't do Easter, but back in tha day, mom would make the following:

A Cumberland Gap Ham with Dr. Pete's Prailine Mustard Glaze
    Sweet Rolls from the store
Slow cooked Green Beans with Pintos, Onions, and a Ham hock
Cheese Potato Casserole that is like genuine Crack Cocaine
    Corn Pudding/Corn Souffle
    Deviled Eggs(Yuck!)
...and for dessert, Coconut Cake and she would make a little fake bird's nest in the middle of it and put jellybeans in it.

Mom is a total weirdo, but she can be thoughtful like that.

    I know right?

We all eat when we can, so it would be pointless for us to actually make a nice meal here.

I was going to go with Sip's prime rib idea, but I polled the guests and the majority were leaning towards turkey.

So I'm making a turkey breast, cranberry and walnut stuffing, mashed taters, glazed carrots, broccoli, and baked ziti for the pasta course.

Starting out with shrimp cocktails and antipasti.

I'm not doing dessert, the guests are bringing it.

I will only being eating the amount of food needed to nourish the beautiful gift God has given me. My body. I do not want to insult my wonderful Creator by stuffing my face like a gluttonous animal.

I pray you all have a happy Easter and a blessed day.
