I am so tired though out the day and I drink coffee and it does not help at all. I take a nap too
Obvious answer: it's what you do at night that counts. Also, maybe B vitamins.
But I find manically stuffing my face helps during the day.

if you have health insurance, you may want to do a sleep study, especially if u snore loudly
Get tested for sleep apnea. If you have insurance they will cover it. (the sleep study)
I am sleepy all the time too, but only because I have a 2 month old...lol

Meth. If you have no access and can't cook your own, go with 6-hour psuedoephedrine tablets, the precursor to meth. Won't get you high but put a bounce in your step and open your eyes. 12 hour ones last too goddam long. It'll help you lose weight too, by suppressing your appetite. It is the ingredient that made Trim Spa/Hydroxycut actually work, until it was pulled because of a couple shit head pro and high school athletes. "I'm working out in the hot sun and I'm not sweating, I'm Superman, not dehydrated." Drugs are Darwin at his best. Easiest way to cull the herd.
If you go with adderall, don't sniff em at work. Blue boogers are an easy tell.
5 hour energy works for me. I used to drink Monster like Latin Mami, but they started to fuck with my stomach. I found that the 5 hours worked better than the Monster.
I like the 5 hour when I'm on a road trip...
