Okay, I had *one* glass of wine last night, and it was red so it was healthy, right?
Now I'm back on the workout wagon....!

Use a pre workout supplement or take 1/2 a 5hr energy before working out until it naturally becomes part of your routine. Once you realize how much better you feel when exercising and eating good it should make it a little easier to find the motivation.
60min a day on the treadmill for me . I dont think about it i just do it.
3 yr old burn
