I am sick of my lunch.
I never know what to make.
The cafeteria has jacked up prices.
I only eat dinner, water during the day. On the weekends if I eat 3 meals a day, I feel bloated and lethargic.
I am about to make another ultra boring sandwich
Skipping lunch is the best thing for productivity
Have your personal chef pack 6 almonds and a cup of beautiful soup
Every morning I make a smoothie for breakfast. Lunch varies depending on leftovers. My go to, like I am 6, is a pair of peanut butter and jelly sammiches and a few pieces of fruit. I eat out on my Friday at work. I am no help whatsoever.
A right turn into whatever fast food place is nearby.
I work 3-12 hr shifts Mon,Tues and Weds and have no acess to a fridge, plus I have to eat in my work car so for 5 +
years its been peanut butter and jelly.
once in a great while I treat myself to a burger, but I have to go through the drive-thru.
Usually take leftovers from the previous night.
GaryPuppet has a fish supper
The only way to fly...
But seriously - if you have access to a refrigerator, throw some omega-3 fish like salmon into a small fresh salad, maybe even throw some fruit in there like orange slices. It'll perk you up. Skip the cheeses and anything sweetened which will give you the 3 o'clock crash.
Whatever it is I can guarantee you, its sauce on side!
Same boring thing, every week. Half pound of roast beef, half pound of provolone, stretch that out over four days. (Rye bread, mayo, mustard, lettuce, s&p.) When I worked in an office, I'd bring in the groceries and make the sandwich in the break room, partly for some extra zen space before eating, and partly because I'm a lazy bastard and can't be bothered to make lunch in the mornings. Add a handful of Cape Cod chips, apple, and a can of San Pellegrino or root beer. For the fifth day, I'd get tacos from the closest Mexican grocery store/taco bar.
What are your favorite foods? Do you have access to a microwave?
I don't know. My imagination has dried up.
yes to microwaves, toasters, and toaster oven.
We work through lunch. I usually get an egg sandwich on a flat bagel in the morning with a coffee and an OJ.
When I was working on jobs where we take lunch....majority of us go out for lunch. Very few bring it in from home. Though I know it's a lot of $$$$$ over time
What about a nice salad with some grilled chicken?
Do you cook at home? Any food you hate or allergic to?I'm asking these questions for a reason
just joking, right?
