On say Netflix
Me Dirty Harry set in the same era as the movies 1970's
Is that movie from the 70s or 80's?
Maybe I should have said In The Heat of the Night
A little better
Escape From NY, Snake Plisken origins show, could be dope as fuck.
The first half of full metal jacket (basic training)
Wait... Why would I want to ruin these movies?
Revenge of the Nerds.
Surf Nazis Must Die
Dirty Harry without Clint?
Besides, they'd probably rename it "Dirty Harriet" and cast Leslie Jones Or something.
Gangs of NY
Pope of Greenwich Village
It really doesn't mater what's made, it's WHO makes it?
There are only a handful of producers and directors that make real QUALITY shows today.
Just the same, they took the team behind Boardwalk Empire, and they failed with Vinyl. So there's that??
I loved the movie Clerks back in the mid 90's. They did make a pilot of a spin off tv show but it never went to series. Jim Bruer played Randall. Pilot is on youtube:
They then made an animated Clerks tv show back in 1999/2000. Kevin Smith was involved and the two guys from the movie did the voices. ABC cancelled it after 2 episodes but they did release the whole first season on DVD.
I liked the animated series more than the movies. It's funny to listen to the commentary tracks with Mewes, because they recorded them when he was at rock bottom as a junkie. They'd announce him at the start of the commentary track, and maybe halfway through he might mumble some interjection that showed he had no idea where he was.
