    Hello Ladies & Gents,

Sorry, no cumin to be had, but I think I can be forgiven just this one time.

    On Tonight's Menu:

Pot Roast Sandwich - Slow Cooked Pot Roast with Horseradish on a Whole Wheat Hoagie Roll with Au Jus for dipping...

...and since this thread is loosely based on Mr. Warmth, I'll post a song by my favorite member of The Rat Pack. Its Mr. Dean Martin with "Ain't That A Kick In the Head":

Feel free to talk about your food, your music, or anything like that.

    Arrivederci. :toptip:

    Come at me, darling. :D

looks great, as usual. i redid the homemade tomato bisque and had success this time. i toasted some baguette slices with garlic and mozzarella cheese and threw a few stuffed clams in the oven to have along with it. delish.

No, I did not. I love slow cooked hunks of meat, and I'm always looking for new ones.. like Italian Beef, French Dip, etc. Now stay out of this. :lamer:

And oh my god Dinkus!!! That bisque! Looks deeeeeeeeeeeeelicious. :lunch: And those clams! And the bread! Gorgeous. Yum.

Yeah I made a pot roast in a crock pot with some veggies and used the juices as an Au Jus to dip the sandwich in.

Usually a French Dip is made with Prime Rib, but I was too lazy/cheap to do it that way.

I think you just pwned me with your food, dinkus. :)

Ehhh...I'll get around to it some day.

Actually she doesn't show up in these threads as much as you may think.

Did you have a cold meatloaf sandwich for lunch?

God! You're so sensitive! Ok! I'll make a point of it from now on. :rolleye:

I have no idea what I'm having tonight. Leftover BBQ chicken from the crockpot on Friday with potato salad maybe? Or maybe just another handful of malted milk balls. :bigthink:

Sounds great both the song and the dinner. Hope you used tons of horseradish in your sauce.

    Indeed. :)

    Never do that, sir.

Nope. You didn't hurt my feelings at all. I actually do need to get some ramekins, but it always slips my mind.

BBQ chicken and potato salad sounds great.
