So my friend's son got married 2 weeks ago. He and his bride planned on spending their honeymoon in the Dominican republic. A week before the wedding, he finds out that her parents have booked a week at the same obscure location that he and the bride are staying at. My friend knew nothing about about this. Total secret. She was even texting the mother-in-law-law after the wedding about things that needed to be done and the mother-in-law was texting back from the d.r., not mentioning where she was.
Another thing-the kid's apartment lease was up right after the wedding, so they moved in her parents. do u find this disturbing? I sure as hell think it's fucking creepy.

a secret from whom? the son AND the wife, or just the son? It's doomed, but he's complicit, he should never have agreed to move in with them. They knew their lease was going to be up, they should have found a place to live, or stayed where they were until they found a place.

...He probably shouldn't have even walked down the aisle.

How was the MIL during the wedding planning process?

My friend just found out and doesn't know the the details.
The son sorta flies by the seat of his pants hoping either someone will take care of things for him or the prob will just go away. At least that's my take.

No. My friend tells me that the father will be working out of town and the mother will be alone in a big empty house. Oh, this will not end well.

Well it's your friend's fault for not thinking this through before marrying mama's boy.

:pissed: This is not the story.

The groom married into the crazy family. He's not the mama's boy, he's the spineless jellyfish who married a girl whose mother refuses to let her daughter become a grown up

Is mom hot? Maybe there is some three way action in it for the horny groom.

my friend is the mother of the groom. it's the bride's parents that went along on the honeymoon - if you want to call it that.

Sure would make having sex in the kitchen awkward while mom is cooking dinner.
