What is the best Greek yogurt?
I like Oikos but I don't know if its the healthiest.
John Stamos. Straight from the tap.
"Insert uncut sausage shooting ropes here".
Fage is the oldest brand of Greek yogurt
I go with Chobani Plain with a few blackberries mixed in.
I buy Aldi brand, it's only 3.89 a quart
Oikos rates quite poorly from what I recall. It all tastes like yogurt to me.
you can make it yourself with cheese cloth
My usual breakfast is a nice thing of Yoplait, I just go to the store and I never look at flavors, I just randomly pick out 5 for the work week and I surprise myself each morning with whatever flavor I got. Those are good for you right? Do you really need Greek yogurt? Unless you really like the flavor.
Kirkland and Fage scored highest on CR
They are loaded with sugar. They are not good for you.
Plain yogurt is good for you. Get plain, add your own fresh fruit and nuts.
I like Fage 2%. The 0% is ok too, but has less flavor.
I hope you get the coffee one... Oh how shitty that is
Greek yogurt is strained so you get around 2x the protein which also helps fill you up more. Should give it a try.
