    Exercise. Hard. I can eat whatever I want and I've never not had a 8 pack. If you can't fit in 1.5 hrs of high intensity workouts daily, cut out a meal. Don't eat anything after 6, and at least fucking walk fast for 30 min a day. Fat will melt.

    No. Fast food I find kinda gross. Every now and then I'll have some and while it wakes up my taste buds, I wouldn't say its "delicious".
    Although I'd eat an in n out burger anytime anywhere

    Its really not all fast food. Just Chick Fil A i am addicted too.

    Like others have said, burn more calories than you take in. Get nutrients by eating vegetables or juicing. Exercise some. I walk 5-6 miles a day. I'm typing this while eating a cheesesteak and drining a really good chocolate shake. But what I said will work, God damn it.

    I'll repeat it again...burn more calories than you take in.

    Also, people mention eating plenty of vegetables. The key is to not ladle orangey cheese sauce over the top of them

    Salads can be your friend, but not when you drown them in mayonaisse-based dressing, shredded cheese, bacon bits, and croutons

    Drink a lot of water.
