There's probably a ton from the classic Sandler/Farley era or even the Carvey/Nealon era that are better, but the one that pops to mind is Will Ferrell interviewing Pierce Brosnan for a job at a magazine.
Co-workers keep interrupting the interview and Will's character increasingly berates and physically assaults each coworker (at one point saying to Jerry Minor "Get on the floor, black man, I'm gonna make you drink my piss!") until ultimately killing Chris Parnel with a trident.
The trident murder goes on so long the audience stops laughing and then starts laughing again.
(I think the line "Where did you get a trident?" from Anchorman was lifted from this sketch.)
Holy shit. Just thinking about it makes me crack up. I don't think Will Ferrel has ever been as funny as he was on SNL.
