Or loosely based?
Ill ball park it and say Nixon? The show hes on is about corrupt prezs right?
A little of
Corrupt? Amoral? Utterly bereft of scruples or a conscience?
This, totally. But were talking about a show produced by hollywood libs, so thats why I went with Nixon.
It's not a spot-on LBJ impression, but it's principally close in many ways.
...yeah its a lot like lbj. great show too i could play hide the salami with robyn wright.
That's what makes this video so hysterically laughable, all these lefty shitheads are crying about the government spying on them and all they keep bringing up is Nixon and and showing his clips over and over, even though he's been dead for ahhhhhhhh... 20 years!
He's tremendously smart, conniving, power hungry and knows how to make people threatening him disappear. I'll go with Clinton.
Yeah this shit is why I give this country maybe 10 more
years. Its getting to that Idiocracy stage.
She ain't no Lady Bird.
Bush fanboys crying about Obama. Obama fanboys crying about Bush
And they all keep pushing that "patriot act" ball and chain to the other side
The President is Gay !!
it's adapted from a british show by the same name.
and pulls heavily from shakespeare's macbeth and richard III.
LBJ is not a bad comparison. Bobby Baker (LBJ's right hand man before he became VP) is definitely comparable to Stempler.
As a history teacher I'll say lbj
It's not just lefties complaining about the NSA and its data collection. As a liberal, i'm totally in favor of the NSA and its practices. I'm sure i'm on the minority of liberal opinion, but if the US has a tool that can listen and track people who want to harm the country and do not take advantage of that, then to me that is foolhardy.
Also, don't compare Nixon spying and his practices to what is going on today. Nixon's plumbers were targeting individuals. They broke into Daniel Ellsberg shrink's office for fucks sake.
Obammy and his crew are targeting political enemies, NO different than the trickster...
