Bubba hadda go he wanted to earn real money ...
so Stern canned him and pretends it's all Sirius' fault
    as per usual.

I remember when Blubba left because they wanted him to take an 80% pay cut, but I don't remember them ever replacing him with a show.

They could pay an armpit farter to do a daily three hour show for ten bucks a show.

Stern Show Shuffle basically replaced it. Howard did tease a few years back they they were "in negotiations" with a major talent, but nothing came of it just like most of the stuff he teased for programming for Howard 101.

I am convinced the only reason Howard hasn't had fired Scott Ferrell for cost reasons is because he is on after 8PM and Howard doesn't stay up that late and the movie premieres Beth attends while Howard is sleeping don't have Sirius playing.

In the real world: SiriusXM payed Bubba. It was not from Howard's show budget. Sirius felt that Bubba did not bring in any subscribers and where not prepared to pay more then 200K to re broadcast a terrestrial show.

Read Sterns contract. He don't spend a dime on the radio show. Its all Sirius.

Exactly, if Sirius were responsible for that Salary Howard would be yelling and screaming about them not spending money and making his show worse.

Howard only cares about what goes in his pocket. He doesn't care about the listeners or the show content. He could have let Bubba have that money and that would have spread an extra $500 K into the economy, instead he hoarded it.
