    Dre is a classic, but I got more play out of pharcyde. Mind you, I was a bit young and didn't listen to rap until 1995 outside of what MTV killed. Wtf do I know.

    No Pete rock and CL Smooth? voted Chronic and it's not really even close. Check Your Head was a good album and different than anything out there. But Chronic will be known or is known as one of the greatest rap albums of all time.

    Well, they had the one popular hit but I like the album in general with its use of instrumentals.
    I normally gravitate to more hardcore stuff but this is cool to listen to also.
