    It's a great show, I'm really bummed out about this - http://www.vulture.com/2013/04/futurama-canceled-again.html
The last two seasons on comedy central were the best, IMHO, and I hate to see it go, although it isn't hanging around 20 years too long like The Simpsons, at least. As for the title, I'll be damned if Dead Air Dave is reporting this thread. :hat:

He's say: Grow the fuck up... you're a grown man... you're not supposed to be watching cartoons

He'll say he never got it. Then he'd say Richard was all upset about it and bring him in.

Richard would come in, praising the virtues of the show. He'd get teary eyed while discussing the episode where Frye's dog waits for him outside the pizzeria every day until he died. Howard and Fred would make fun of that for a bit.

Then Richard would mention that Billy did a lot of voices for the show. Howard would be like, "Who?" and Richard would have to clarify he was talking about Billy West. Howard would quickly say that he had no idea what that guy has been up to since he left the show, but would belittle anything he was in because nothing compares to getting paid peanuts by the Wig.

He'd quickly move on though. He wouldn't want his bully pulpit to be engaged in debate.

Billy West is one of the leading voice actors in animation. He is constantly working. Other than Howard, he is easily the most successful person associated with the show.

I haven't been able to watch that show for years. Something about it gives me a bad nostalgic feeling. I think it's from watching it during a bad trip years ago, but I'm not too sure. I'm a freak so it's not hard to evoke anxiety, but from a general cartoon it is kind of strange.

There's some talk about taking it directly to the internet. First run episodes could air via Amazon or Netflix, then be released on DVD a few months later. It's an expensive show to test a model like this on, but it has the right kind of fanbase. I say it's a longshot, but it's not "dead dead" yet.

This, he's made millions since leaving and doing his own thing.

And to think if he had stayed on the Stern show how bad a career move that would have been for him.

FOX might buy it back. There's hope yet but if it does get cancelled- I'm just glad it came back in the first place. I love that show

I like that show. I think it will stay in reruns forever. Howard will say he was never into it, mumble mumble something about Billy.

True, but it sucked massively, outside of casting David Lynch as the bartender (who was completely misused).
