I've just started making my own Sunday gravy, and the results have been spectacular, if I may say so myself.

the beer: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
the salad: nonexistent

Whatever I want since my religion doesnt celebrate Easter today. No one cares about us Orthodox Christians.

ALWAYS pasta first. No matter what the holiday. Today we also had a prime rib roast. With little roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, asparagus, Easter calzone, and of course, a great Italian salad with cukes, olive, tomatoes, with some bread and fontinella on the side. Then homemade cheesecake for dessert.
Lamb with mint jelly, shrimp-n-grits. Nom.
Hillbilly dinner. Ham, mashed potatoes, dressing, salad, deviled eggs.
Took out of town family to Wynwood district in Miami for awesome day of art and shopping. Had wagyu burgers and short ribs sandwiches at BNG on 2nd Ave. Happy Pascha.
Backyard grilled some Hot Links and Hebrew National Dogs

Well it's Sunday and Sunday is Rib-eye day in the house of 'Vic.
14oz seared over a smoking hot grill till blue rare with mashed taters, broccoli and green beans.
