went on a long, hot bike ride and now i'm devouring a huge bowl of deliciousness
    romaine
    huge beefsteak tomato
    cucumber
    red onion
    boiled egg
    green olives
    grilled chicken breast
light ranch dressing, just a small amount (~1 tablespoon)

:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

what do you like in your salad?

My goto salad is: seedless cucumber, diced tomato or halved cherry tomatoes, farro or whole wheat peal couscous, tofu, fresh mozz, thin sliced red onion or scallions and a nice pear infused vinaigrette.

Sometimes I'll add some leafy greens if I have them on hand. Spinach, chard, kale, or some sort of spring mix.

Big Mac salad is the lettuce that falls back in the box.
