there was a little place across from school. the pizza's were great. nice and greasy and loaded with stuff and cheese. i've never found one to compare.

the good old days, when butter was a good thing and there was no such thing as lite beer.

We have a family of dagos that moved here from New Yawk and opened a pizza joint and they "import" their water from New Yawk.

It's pretty good but they act like it's a 5 star dish instead of one of the simplest dishes known to man. :jj:

I can't say I've had a lot of exotic pizzas, but usually the best is from little mom&pop places. I'm actually quite fond of my own spinach-burger pizza, but I always use the pre-made crusts, which leave a lot to be desired. Some day, I gotta try to make my own.....some day....

When I first got my cobra mustang in 03, I traveled up to a shop in south amboy nj for a dyno tuning session. After a long day of swapping pulleys and chips on about 15 cobras, the shop owner ordered out for pizza from a local joint in south amboy. I burned my mouth on the first bite of that pizza, but still ate three slices, it was so fucking good. Typical Jersey greaseball pizza but the crust, cheeze and sauce was absolutely the best. This is my personal rosetta stone for pizza.

    Thank you
