This is a stupid question but it has been bothering me for a while. How would the court system handle a Siamese twin who murdered someone. Let's say "charlie" and "Jason" are Siamese twins. "Charlie" picks up a gun and shots someone before "Jason" can stop him. "Charlie" is obviously guilty. What happens?
They both go to prison unless surgery can separate them. Or the other twin might be charged as an accessory.
it would suck to be the twin that has to get rolled around everywhere the other one could wheel her to the murder scene.
How'd you like to be the surviving twin? Once your conjoined twin dies, you're going to be dead as well, usually in hours.
If one is a danger to society, then unfortunately both get locked up. If not, then I cannot accept taking away an innocent's right to liberties. I would let them go free.
