fried chicken is tits. bacon...tits. steak...tits. cornbread...tits. i like alton brown's fried chicken recipe: but i also like to soak the chicken in buttermilk, then dip/dredge in flour, then back into the buttermilk, and then back through the flour dredge once more time before frying. extra thick, tangy/zippy, and super crispy coating. nom nom nom.
