I dont think its manly to eat raw meat. I think its manly to eat it when optimal. Nearly every chef agrees. Oh, and i season the fuck out of it.
Ordering out, I get mine medium, but it depends on the cut. Medium will usually come medium well and that's fine. And when I feel like pissing people off, I get A-1. Same as salt or pepper.

Not sure what manly has to do with it, but I like medium rare and my wife likes blue rare. She doesn't even care if it's warm all the way through if it's a premium cut.
