...he was using the paper evidence bags on his hands (preserving gunpowder reside) he used them for hand puppets when he was brought to the jail. something else jorker/batman related. bet he was medicated in rl and he stopped taking his shit. that would be fucked up, drug companies wont take any responsiblility either.

If he really was in the throes of an episode, someone should have reported it to the police, who could have called social services and he could've been hospitalized.

Then none of this would've happened. But no one says anything and then when the inevitable happens (he goes way off the deep-end), everyone blames guns.

What if he entered the theater and started throwing molotov cocktails? Would we legislate against fire?

I can't believe drug companies wouldn't take responsibility for a guy who was using the drugs improperly.

The gun manufacturers should take responsibility for him using those guns improperly too.

Louisville slugger should pay for people beaten with baseball bats.
GM should pay when a drunk in a pickup mows down a family.
The guy who built your rental apartment should pay when you get drunk and fall down the steps.
Hacksaw manufacturers should pay when they're used to break into storage units.
Apple should pay when some Nigerian fraudster uses an iPhone improperly to swindle old people and idiots.
Herbicide manufacturers should pay when a cheating husband uses insecticide to poison his wife for the insurance.
Africans should pay for the people killed by Africanized honey bees.
Frito Lay should pay for hemmorhoid surgery for all the fatties who eat their chips.
    Shall I continue?

Well if they would let other prisoners have access to him then we wouldn't need to try and figure this shit out. He'd be dead and this would be over.

It's real easy: your car stays in your garage, no insurance, right? Your car drives on city streets, you need insurance.

Gun stays at home, no need for gun insurance. Take gun with you b/c you have small pee pee, you need gun insurance.

I think in the case where no one is in immediate danger, the shrink can choose not to talk, but if subpoenaed by the court she could face jail time for being in contempt of court. Kinda like when reporters won't divulge their sources. But if she does talk, she might have her license to practice revoked if this violates some kind of official code of ethics. Not sure though.

    What about condoms?
Condom companies should pay for rubbers that break and result in pregnancy or herpes or worse.
