I've heard Howard say it for years. Always cracked me up.
I thought it was from Lisa Lampanelli
Howard. It was his passive/aggressive way of saying it, as to not offend said blaeks.
For some reason I think I recall Grandpa Al Lewis saying it.
Or maybe it was Billy West pretending to be Grandpa and saying it that way.
Probably the same as his over annunciation of faeg.
Pretty sure thats how the nogs say it when they try and sound cultured and educated.
It was from the Jimmy the Greek clip?
I thought it was from that old guy Rudy in the first season of Survivor.
I miss that song, Stuck on an Island with Queers....
*facepalm* It's from the first season of "Survivor" and some hillbilly who pronounced "BLACK" as "BLAEK".
+1 on Jimmy The Greek when he was explaining why "The Blaeck is a better athlete".
Jimmy the Greek. It's an exaggeration of his accent.
And if I remember correctly it was "the bleak atha-leet, was bred that way" "they have an extra bone in their leg"
Ditto on Jimmy The Greek.
I'm going with Rudy from Survivor.
He might not have been the first but he sure as hell pronounced "bleak" exactly like it's spelled.
It was Artie's impression of Jimmy the Greek.
