Hit a garage sale Sunday and picked these up brand new for $15. Don't really need them but they are cool. Also came with a pairing knife. Furi.:)

BTW: If you have steel knives this thing is pretty baller. Just picked one up last friday and it's the real deal. I took old POS knives to razor sharp in under 5 minutes. Made in the USA too.

Smoking 2, dropping one off for the family get together and keeping one for the house. Bailing on the family and doing a Easter brunch with the lady, there is a little friction. How about you?

Used one today for the first time, was nice. Chopped carrots and celery like they were butter. I like it.

Mine came with a kevlar glove for people to learn with. I laughed at that till I felt the edge.

IDK man, they swear because the belts flex they give a better edge. I've never seen anything sharpen knives quicker.

the whetstones are laborious and time consuming, but do a great job if you know what you're doing.. I just spent a bunch of money on stones so I'm kinda locked in

Sounds great. I'm going to smoke Saturday night and be ready to go early Sunday. Then hit up the Buffet around 10am all you can eat and drink. $60/person. Believe it or not my girl is a vegetarian so they have a good menu for the both of us.

We used them in the restaurant, but I dont have time for that right now. Was thinking of bringing a few to the farmers market, but dude was way too pricey. Where did you buy the stones?
