Start with No Death, No Fear

I prefer Eckhart Tolle. Read The New Earth. GREAT book.

He has good stuff on mindfulness, which is like Tolle and his Power of Now. I just prefer Tolle.

Good luck on your journey, Dinkus

thank you bro. i got into some jack kornfield stuff before an it was good, but i imagined him to look like the hippy teacher on beavis an butthead, so it took a little away from the experience. but i did learn the 4 noble truths an the eightfold path, along with some meditation stuff. i want to get more into meditation because it seem so grounding an centering.

dalton's famous line, "pain don't hurt," has the four noble truths written all over it.

I don't do anything fancy. I just clear my mind and pay attention to my breathing.
