I really need some advice, i've tried searching out info on the net, and it's all very vague, or it wants you to pay for something, so I thought I'd give this a try. I'm 22, have never really worked out, not fat, couple pounds over, not fat tho, but I sit for hours on end at my job, and I do smoke a lot, but I need some help on where I should begin as far as streching, and getting my blood flow going good again. I want to move on to really working out, but I need to do a solid month of prep to loosen up, and, again, get my blood flowing. I just don't really know anything about exercise, except for jogging and ect. However, my muscles and joints are extremely stiff, and that's what I need to work on.
