Here are mine. I use PocketCasts to manage them. Great app & well worth the couple of bucks.

    Tim Ferriss Show
Innovative business ideas and general inspiration for entrepreneurial folks. Very cool. I absolutely love this show.

    Freedomain Radio
Great no-nonsense philosophy/news show. Destroys the general narrative, very refreshing.

    Jocko podcast
The highest ranking ex-Navy-SEAL bad-ass, talking about leadership, life and other shit. Very inspirational and motivational. He has a co-host who asks questions and helps move the show along, and it's obvious he's very afraid of him :jj:

    Adam & Dr. Drew show
Great general bullshit talkshow. This has replaced the Howard Stern Show for me.

    Dan Carlin's Hardcore History
Like getting lessons from the coolest history professor ever. His podcasts about the world wars are amazing.

    Gilberts show
Fun shit. You all know it.

    Mike Cernovich podcast
Podcast about general manly shit. The guy makes interesting points, but it seems a little self-indulgent. Tried a couple of shows, not sure if I'll stick with it.

    Old Howard Stern Shows
Every now and then I dig into my 100GB archive of old shows. Currently listening to 1995. Just had the OJ Trial. Hilarious & brutal.

    Nope, all free.

Most of them run on donations, a couple of them have commercials at the start and the end of the show.

I tried Joe Rogan, but I just couldn't get into his show.

From which era is the Cabbie stuff? I got everything between 1994 and 2011.

If you have wifi on your phone, or a data plan on it, it should work. I have a $49 android phone. You can download the Podcast Addict app, that's what I use. From there you can search different podcasts and try different ones. I usually download the episodes I want to hear to my phone, when I am on wifi. That way I don't use all my data (I have a limited data plan). And then I can just listen to them whenever I want, regardless whether I have an internet connection or not. When I'm done with one I just delete it.

I listen to WTF, Gilbert, Alec Baldwin "Here's The Thing", Juan Epstein (for hip hop nerds). I listened to the first season of Serial which was pretty good. I tried to listen to the second season but lost interest. Also listen to Microphone Check (also for hip hop nerds), Joey Diaz occasionally, dawgshed (occasionally), By The Way (Jeff Garlin) sometimes, John Lurie had one for a second I listened to (only 3 shows), Fresh Air. I wish there was some kind of Siskel and Ebert type podcast for movie reviews, still trying to find a good one. But I have to say podcasts are great, you can really personalize your listening to your own taste. I still wish there were more that I liked but it's getting better and better.

The program Pocket Casts is an Android app. It's not free, but it's fantastic.

@RenchFries any chance I can get select WUSs off you from the Artie years?

In terms of podcasts, not much.

    ESPN FC
    Gilbert
    Fitzdog
The Carson Podcast (hate the host)
The Church Of What's Happening Now
    Industry Standard w/Barry Katz (sometimes)
Some bits of Maron and Joe Rogan but only contingent on what guests are in. I get annoyed by both hosts for being overly verbose.

I used to listen to the Nerdist but those hosts are such faggots, they step on each other and the guest at every fucking occasion. It got to be too much for me.

A full show is generally 20-50MB. You can download them to your phone and listen to them later. That's what I do all the time.

Try the Tim Ferriss show. It's a lot of fun. Adam & Dr. Drew are very easy to listen to, as well.

You could flip through and click on everything you want to download when you have time at work. Then let it download. You could have hours and hours stocked on the phone in a few minutes. Do it at work, or anyplace that has wifi. I only have to download stuff once every couple weeks and I am stocked with plenty of shows to listen to at my leisure. I listen in the car mostly, driving in LA, but sometimes also doing laundry or cooking or whatever. Even if I didn't have wifi at home, I could easily do my downloading at my job (restaurant I work at), or someplace else.

I listen to the Carson podcast too, and I agree, the host sounds like a 12 year old kid.

You can also use your data to download them. They're not that big, and you can use your wifi at starbucks, mcdonalds or work if you want to download a bunch of them.

Thanks, I'll check them out. I am always looking for new shows to enjoy. I used to listen to Loveline occasionally....pretty funny sometimes...

    Yep, I got that one.

My library goes from 1994 till 2000, and then from 2003 till 2011. I never could find the 2001 and 2002 years for some reason.
