That did suck balls and was a disaster but I think you are about to top it.
Add 2 cans of pinto beans...one smashed, one as is...and a can of shoepeg corn...drained and rinsed, of course.
Now it sits on high for 4 hrs or so. Gonna make some rice to pour it over later. I also have fresh cilantro and lime to garnish like a boss.
