The Howard Stern show, or The Larry Sanders Show?
"Hey now!" is not part of my daily lexicon.
On the wrap up show a bit back Gary seemed to be insinuating that "hey now" was exclusive to the Stern show. so..
I never heard anyone say this in my life except on the Wiggy show,so he gets the credit.I used to say that phrase in my mind sometimes when seeing a really hot chick, but daily lexicon is a stretch.
Howard naturally! Because he's the nations cultural leader and sets all the trends, if he created it or not, "he did it first"!
'Hay, now.' Beth Otrotsky Stern
God, I hate that shit. One of the most cringeworthy moments was when he was trying to get Artie to do the douchey low-pitch "Hey Now" call-and-response like his butt boy Ralph does. Artie was in full ass-kiss era of the show, but still refused, sounding repulsed.
"Come on, Art. It's fun!"
"Yeah, I dunno, man. I just don't say 'Hey now.'"
And for that matter, all radio catch phrases sound retarded as hell when their sycophantic fans just parrot them back like zombies that lack original thought.
.GOT TO GET IT ON NO CHOICE GET IT ON MANDATE GET IT ON
Or Bubba's fans with their "work" "jones" "magillicutty" "deal".
I'm sure Howards SXM era fans tell each other "peace & love" until their ears bleed.
That stuff was all a shoot & a gimmick
It was Hanks line on the Larry Sanders show. Howard stole it from him.
Howard created all. Larry Sanders show stole it from him.
If "hey now" is part of your daily lexicon you are probably a douche
Howard.....but fuck him what has he done for me lately
Wrong. It's from the Larry Sanders show. /
The only person from the show to change the American lexicon is Jackie the great
