Your thoughts. And are you betting today and how much you betting.
He will play in some special package.
I saw him appear in a Snickers commercial. That'll be the most airtime he receives today.
Watched him against the Bears and his passes were TERRIBLE. Not average, they were just plain horrible. Not one of them was a spiral, and most were off the mark by 5-10 yards.
But I'll give him this, he is a fast little bugger.
Between what I fear for the Browns and what I saw with OSU last night, I am bummed for this season
So business as usual then?
When an NFL QB is off by 5 yards it's because he doesn't know the play book and route trees, not because he can't hit a target.
His legs are going to get him a few snaps in a wild cat
Maybe he should stop partying and learn the plays. Just an idea.
I heard the same. Tell me Crucified how do you feel about that? PErsonally i have never been a fan of a 2 QB system. Even if he is only in a couple plays during the game. If it works out and they beat the steelers then i will change my view on that, but i can't say that i am thrilled at the idea of giving him a few plays to run on since he isnt really dialed in on the whole playbook yet.
My thoughts, let him learn the offense completely, if hoyer fails, make manziel the starter once he is ready.
But like i said, if they beat the steelers i dont care if they line up with out a QB. Fuck the steelers right in their pussies!
If we had Manning or Rodgers I'd agree. But since we don't, it's fine to have him come in and get us a first down or two with his legs while getting comfortable with the speed of the game. Hoyer is a great story but he is very much a back up. JFF profiles as a Jeff Garcia type (insert pic of his wife) so the sooner they get him up to speed the better.
I fucking hate the Stillers and all things Shitsburgh but they have taken our lunch money so often I can't call it a rivalry.
Thats a good point for bringing him and giving him some playing time.
Sadly i feel the same about the steelers "rivalry." Guess you would have to say the Steelers true rivalry now is probably with the ravens. I guess that left cleveland along with the old team. As for a brownies rival? Like you said they are just so non-competitive there really cant be one. I guess that Pre Season game against Detroit is always one to look forward to.
(But yes, that's accurate...)
if you run a two quarterback system it means you don't have one good quarterback.
That being said. Go Browns!
99% sure the steelers dude is about to rape or murder that browns fella. Those stillers folks do that shit.
Johnny will play football.
if he can eat a fucking snickers he can play.
Manziel will play today only if Hoyer gets hurt.
It should be a close game, in reality. Cleveland has a better than average defense. They'll probably lose, but it will be something like 13-10. Putting Johnny Football in there now isn't going to make the offense any better.
This cracked me up, and i am not even sure i get it! Is it a reference to the snicker commercials? A jab at the browns dismall level of QBs in the past? Whatever, i found it fun and funny, the reasons shouldnt have to matter!
