List your hypothetical theories on who Howard will send his lawyers after next..

My guess is Adobe Systems Inc. the makers of photoshop. The program has let many of his disgruntled fans make many photographs that show him in his wife in a bad light. Furthermore the program obviously doesn't work since Howard can't master it and puts out that shitty NSAL calendar. The emotional distress/pain and and defamation of character suit is pending... :D

Nah, come on. It'll be NBC for sure. It will end badly.

If the Adobe lawsuit comes about, then Nikon will be in the crosshairs in short order for not making Howard the next Ansel Adams right out of the box.

    That calendar was a DISASTER!

I think in addition to Adobe, he will sue:

    1) His photoshop teacher for approving those calendar photos
    2) His therapist.
    3) Franklin-Covey
    4) Simon Cowell
    5) His Wig

He'll sue Lotus Notes. He thought it was "the most secure email system in the world" and it's their fault his lawsuit loss leaked out.

He will sue Imus for stealing his idea of mumbling into a radio and schilling for a gold digger

Sirius & XM subscribers to prove once and for all it's one company. It'll be a class action law suit, since he made Sirius XM to what it is today, he'll need money to cover his legal exdpences. All subscribers should be getting a letters in the mail soon, with the option to settle of course.

The lawyer he hired to look over his Sirius contract.

According the judge, it wasn't explicitly stated XM subscribers would count.
