Seth Rogan's Neighbors made $51 million this weekend. Exceeding all expectations. It's the 3rd highest gross for an original 'R' rated comedy and Rogans's biggest opening ever

I saw it today, I thought is was very funny and relatable

I find it highly unlikely that the studio won't push for one.

Aren't pretty much all Seth Rogen movies in one way or another sequels to the last one he did?

    FYI

James Franco's Palo Alto opened on 4 screens and did $80,000. Pretty impressive, $20,000 per screen. Expect a slow roll out, but probably not wide

I saw the trailer for this movie, and the one thing I found very odd, was that there was no "ghetto" types to be found. I didn't see the movie though, and I am an extreme racist, so I could be wrong.
