    He is off so much,the tapes dept are slaving away putting together the "shows" for him.Not that I care,since his live shows he produces currently are crap.

    I met a guy who does the tapes for the best ofs,he didn`t seem to like his job any more than I like mine.

    The tapes guys have to hate their job, censoring out the irreverent brilliance of the old shows.

    Good or bad, those old shows were a part of radio history. Editing them has rendered their value to being less than worthless. It's like if someone took all the old time radio shows from the 1940s war years and remove any reference to Hitler or those slangy-eyed devils so as not to "offend" the German's or Japanese.
