It's not "Live" it's taped.
It's taped live.
Jimmy Kimmel is not dead during the program.
I seem to remember it was live at first, but there was a bar there & people got drunk 'n rowdy... unless I imagined all of this....
Is this real life?
The bar thing was definitely real. Don't know if it was ever 'live'.
It started out live, but network fear of fcc fines made them tape it. Credit Jimmy Kimmel for having the balls to start a talk show that he at least wanted to be live
All shows are taped live
The answer is because Jimmy Kimmel Taped sounds stupid.
Why is it called Howard 100 channel when Howard is never there.
Why is a driveway called a driveway when you park there? And a parkway a parkway when you drive on it?
and WTF is a Turnpike?
You "turn" your money over and drive like a "pike fish"
Why is it called Saturday Night Live, since it's tape delayed to half the country.
Michelle Obama is on Friday's edition of "Live! with Kelly and Michael."
If it's "Live," why is the Washington Post carrying an account of her interview on Thursday night?
As for Jimmy Kimmel, they record it about 1 to 2 hours early because of Janet Jackson, but it used to be live.
Why do people sing "Take me out to the ballgame" when they're already there?
Yeah. What's the deal with that?
Why did Howard claim that AGT was "live" when much of it was taped beforehand?
Sounds more natural than "Jimmy Kimmel, taped and chopped."
why is it called taking a dump? it should be called leaving a dump.
After a meal in a restaurant, people get/ask for the check... which they're certainly not cashing. It's a bill.
A very good question.
